DrTri Power Breakfast

Rolled Oats (or hot rice cereal like cream of rice)
Frozen Berries
Honey
20 g. Whey Protein
½ - 1 Tbsp Cod Liver Oil

Bring oats/rice and water to a boil. Turn down heat to low.
Add frozen berries. Cover, let simmer and let warm down.
Add honey and Whey Protein.
Once completely warmed down, add Cod Liver Oil.
Eat.
(Adding Protein and Cod Liver Oil to high heat changes them for the worse).

*Cod Liver Oil is very high in Vitamin A. If you are taking a supplement or Multi-Vitamin, which also contains Vitamin A, consult a physician about your intake of Vitamin A.
